mit to verwendet. Der Unterschied
zwischen der Verwendung von so
und such wurde hier
schon einmal erklärt. So
wird mit einem Adjektiv verwendet, such
mit einem Substantiv. Die gesamte Konstruktion, also to
+ infinite Form des Verbs, wird mit as angeschlossen.
Die Konstruktion sieht also so aus:
so + Adjektiv + as + to + Infinitiv
such + Substantiv + as + to + Infinitiv
Beispiele
He is not so stupid as to eat this food.
We are not so tired as to stay home all evening.
She is not such a fool as to give you money.
They are such thickheads as to understand the good idea.
